Stove, microwave and dishwasher available for those home cooked meals

The home is equipped with an AGA stove!! Below are a few tips about the stovetop and oven (also there is a little book right next to the stove for more information too)

-The AGA stays warm and cooks using radiant heat.

-The ovens are always heated when the unit is on.

-The stovetop burners are under the round lids on top.

Using the Cooktop

-Place your pot or pan directly on the hot plate.

-One side is typically higher heat (boiling).

-The other side is simmer/lower heat.

Tip: It heats quickly — you may need less heat than you’re used to.

Using the Ovens

The ovens are stacked vertically:

Top oven – Hottest (great for roasting & baking)

Middle oven – Moderate heat (perfect for casseroles & cookies)

Bottom oven – Lower heat (ideal for slow cooking or warming)

There are no temperature knobs per oven — each oven runs at a consistent heat.

Please be cautious of what you are putting down the drain. No grease, or solid food. A drain catcher has been provided and can be emptied in one of the many trash bins.

Please help us to protect countertops by using hot pads or trivets when placing hot items on these surfaces.

Broom & dustpan are provided should you need one!

Bedrooms are equipped with fresh linens with extra pillows and blankets if needed

Please leave any soiled towels in bathtub/showers.

Relax and enjoy the view! The perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail or warm beverage!

Quiet hours outside are 10pm-8am each day. We ask that you please be respectful of our amazing neighbors! This home does not allow parties. We do have a noise monitor located in the back area, this is there to protect you from any noise complaints. This does not transmit or record any audio, it only measures noise levels in decibels.

Trash service comes on Monday mornings.

Thank you for not smoking or vaping inside The Little Arches home! We do allow for smoking outside. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in the special receptacles.

*Smoking or use of tobacco products in the home will result in a $500.00 professional cleaning fee!!

Relax by the firepit, or enjoy a nice time in the sauna or the hot tub! Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day!
